I got so many requests when I started re-creating Panda Express Recipes that it became a sort of a mission to get all of them! Hope you enjoy!

  14. Beef and Broccoli – One of the original favorites! Didn’t think I would forget this one, did you? A Panda Express Beef and Broccoli delicious spot-on copycat with tender stir fried flank steak and steamed broccoli in a classic ginger soy sauce.
  15. Sweetfire Chicken Breast – My new favorite (shh…don’t tell Orange Chicken I am totally cheating on it!) This copycat Panda Express Sweetfire Chicken Breast dish is made with crispy chicken with garlic, red bell peppers, onions and pineapples in a sweet and spicy chili sauce. A spot on copy!
  16. Mixed Veggies – Look if we NEED something totally healthy, I guess this is the best way to do it! These veggies have a secret source of awesome flavor! Panda Express Mixed Veggies is a mix of broccoli, zucchini, carrots, string beans and cabbage steamed in chicken stock for added flavor.

    Eggplant & Tofu with Garlic Sauce.

  5. There was something that they took off the menu several years ago and I can’t remember what it was called. I’d get it with the Orange Chicken and it was SO good…I’d give anything to 1)remember what it was called, and 2)to have a copycat recipe of it
