Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • 1 tablespoon lite soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon grill seasoning
  • 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1 red bell pepper julienned
  • 6 Spinach flour tortilla wraps 12-inch

PEANUT SAUCE:

Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken in 1/2" deep scores into the chicken breasts.
  2. In a large bowl add the chicken, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and vegetable oil and toss.
  3. Heat a skillet over high heat and cook the chicken for 4-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

  4. Slice the chicken into strips.
  5. In a medium bowl stir the peanut butter, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, Sriracha and sesame oil together.
  6. Mix the cream cheese and ground ginger into a small bowl together.
  7. Spread the tortillas with cream cheese then add the lettuce, red bell pepper, chicken and 2 tablespoons of peanut sauce.
  8. Roll the tortilla tightly like a burrito.
  9. Serve with additional peanut sauce.
