Ingredients

  • 2 pounds fresh green beans edges trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Toss the green beans with the oil, salt and pepper and put them onto a baking sheet, baking them for 18-20 minutes or until slightly wrinkled looking.
