Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Rinse the quinoa well under water for 20 seconds then add the quinoa and water to a saucepan (that has a lid) and bring to a boil.
  2. Lower the heat to a simmer, cover and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Turn off the heat, let sit for five minutes (covered) then fluff before serving.
