Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs , (one packet from a box of 3 packets)
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter , (melted)
  • 3 cups sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup key lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter well. Press mixture into an 8 inch pie plate.
  3. Bake for 7 minutes. While the crust is baking, make the filling.

  4. In a bowl, combine condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice and add to the crust.
  5. Put it back in the oven for 5 to 8 minutes until you start to see the smallest of bubbles forming.

  6. Do not let the pie brown.
  7. Cool before serving.
