Sabrina’s Blueberry Smoothie Recipe
A beautiful smoothie recipe like this one makes a great pre-workout meal, or cooling treat to enjoy by the pool. Simply blend until smooth, and you have a delicious treat. You can also pour it into a to-go cup and drink the Blueberry Smoothie as a filling and nutritious breakfast while you’re on the go.


Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- To a high speed blender add the frozen blueberries, milk, vanilla yogurt, sugar and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
- Pour into 2 tall glasses and garnish the side of the glass with some fresh blueberries and mint.
