Burrata Salad is a fresh Italian dish that captures all the textures and flavors, with creamy, crisp, bright, and tangy, all on one plate.

This classic Italian salad makes a delicious side dish or Appetizer. If you like Caprese Salad, then you’re sure to enjoy this recipe as well.

Sabrina’s Burrata Salad Recipe

Burrata Salad is quite similar to Caprese Salad, but with some key differences. Like caprese, it’s made with fresh tomatoes, basil, and cheese. However, this recipe also includes salad greens, and uses burrata, instead of soft mozzarella. Burrata is a rich, creamy cheese, and tastes amazing in salad as it coats the other ingredients. This light dish can go along with heartier meals like Slow Cooker Beef Ragu, or you could pair it with simple and tasty recipes like Sun Dried Tomato Chicken Pasta.
