BBQ Pork Chops are a delicious and easy recipe that is perfect for summer cookouts or weeknight dinners. These juicy and tender pork chops are marinated in a blend of spices and barbecue sauce then grilled to perfection. Ingredients
 

  • 4 bone-in pork chops , 1 inch thick
  • 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups Barbecue Sauce

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and let marinate for 20 minutes.
  • On a grill or grill pan on medium-high heat, grill the chops until no longer pink inside, about 6-8 minutes per side or until the internal temperature of the pork has reached 145 degrees.
  • Set oven to broil high or on your grill, add the bbq sauce to the pork chops with a brush.
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes until the bbq sauce begins to caramelize.
