Sabrina’s Bubble Gum Ice Cream Recipe
Bubble Gum Ice Cream is an instant Summer classic. Your whole family is sure to love the sweet, frozen treat. It’s bright and sweet, and the best part is, you don’t need an ice cream maker to make it! It’s perfect for serving in ice cream cones, or adding your favorite toppings.


Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons bubble gum extract
- 4 drops pink food coloring
- 4 drops blue food coloring
- 2 tablespoons pink sprinkles
- 2 tablespoons blue sprinkles
Instructions
- Add the heavy cream to your stand mixer and whip to stiff peaks, 2-3 minutes.
- In a large bowl stir together condensed milk and vanilla with a spatula.
- Add in half the whipped cream and fold together gently until well mixed.
- Add in the rest of the whipped cream and fold together gently.
- Separate into two bowls, mix food coloring into each one.
- Pour into two covered containers and freeze for 4 hours then remove from the freezer for 20 minutes to soften.
- Scoop the blue ice cream and pink ice cream in alternating colors.
- Top with sprinkles and freeze, covered with plastic wrap, for 2 hours to harden.
