Bubble Gum Ice Cream

Ingredients
 

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons bubble gum extract
  • 4 drops pink food coloring
  • 4 drops blue food coloring
  • 2 tablespoons pink sprinkles
  • 2 tablespoons blue sprinkles

Instructions

  • Add the heavy cream to your stand mixer and whip to stiff peaks, 2-3 minutes.
  • In a large bowl stir together condensed milk and vanilla with a spatula.
  • Add in half the whipped cream and fold together gently until well mixed.
  • Add in the rest of the whipped cream and fold together gently.
  • Separate into two bowls, mix food coloring into each one.
  • Pour into two covered containers and freeze for 4 hours then remove from the freezer for 20 minutes to soften.
  • Scoop the blue ice cream and pink ice cream in alternating colors.
  • Top with sprinkles and freeze, covered with plastic wrap, for 2 hours to harden.
