Sabrina’s Cucumber Tea Sandwich Recipe

Cucumber Tea Sandwiches are one of the simplest dishes to make but each ingredient makes them feel elevated and gourmet. The crustless bread makes them seem small and dainty, and the creamy dill sauce makes them seem fancier than just mayo or plain cream cheese. They are great for parties because they are a hit with adults and most kids, trust me they get eaten super fast every time I’ve served them! Usually I’ll make a couple batches for birthday parties so there are plenty on hand and leftovers for the next day.
