Green Goddess Dressing has a distinct, fresh, and earthy herb flavor made by blending fresh herbs into creamy base ingredients. This herby, creamy, and citrusy dressing is perfect for making basic salad recipes something absolutely delectable. It’s also a wonderfully versatile condiment. Use it as a dip for a fresh vegetable platter, on grilled chicken, or with roasted potatoes.


Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh dill
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 1/4 cup fresh mint
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 canned anchovy filets
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and blend until creamy with small green speckles.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before using.
