Mango Lassi is perfect for drinking on a hot day. It’s sweet and refreshing flavor will cool you down, and leave you satisfied. This traditional Indian drink is made with yogurt and milk, instead of ice cream. If you’d like to have your smoothie as more of a dessert, you can top it with clotted cream or whipped cream.

Ingredients
 

  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 2 cups greek yogurt
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch cardamom , optional

Instructions

  • Add the mango, yogurt, milk, honey and lemon juice to a high speed blender.
  • Blend for 1 minute or until smooth or creamy.
  • Top with cardamom.

As a personal chef Sabrina would cook for families one day a week and cook their entire week of dinners. All grocery shopping, cooking and cleaning was done along with instructions on reheating. As a private chef she cooked for private parties and cooked in family homes in the evenings for families on a nightly basis after working as a personal chef during the day.
