Instead of running out to a coffee shop to wait in line, and to pay an insane amount of money, you can have a tasty, sweet, festive drink in your kitchen. It couldn’t be any easier. This Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer will stay good in the fridge for up to a week, or you can portion it out and freeze it for up to six months.

Ingredients
 

  • 3 cans sweetened condensed milk , 14 ounces
  • 3 cans evaporated milk , 5 ounces
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

To Serve:

  • 1 cup hot brewed coffee

Instructions

  • Add the condensed milk, evaporated milk, powdered sugar, pumpkin puree, maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice together in a high speed blender until smooth.
  • Add to covered container and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

To Serve:

  • To a cup of coffee add 3 tablespoons cream and mix with cinnamon stick.
