Sabrina’s Blackened Salmon Recipe
Salmon is my favorite seafood option to cook with. Its mild flavor makes it a hit even with people who aren’t typically seafood fans. In cooking, the term blackened doesn’t mean the recipe is burnt. Instead, the meat is prepared with a seasoning mix which gives it a distinct flavor and blackened color when cooked. This is the same cooking technique that I used for my Blackened Chicken Recipe.
