Sabrina’s Chicken Thigh Marinade Recipe

A simple marinade can make a world of difference in meat dishes. The blend of oil, apple cider vinegar, and seasonings adds bold, tangy, and savory flavors to the chicken thigh meat. It also helps the meat to absorb the moisture and retain the natural meat juices for perfectly tender grilled chicken. Let the chicken thighs sit for a few hours in the marinade to capture its full flavor profile.
