Ingredients
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
To Finish:
- 6 chicken thighs , bone in and skin on
Instructions
- Add vegetable oil, cider vinegar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder and ground mustard to a bowl and mix well.
- Add the chicken thighs, turn to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
To Finish:
- Remove chicken from marinade and let excess drip off.
- Heat your grill to medium high and oil the grate with a paper towel.
- Grill the chicken for 8-10 minutes on each side then let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
