  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds shrimp , peeled and deveined and chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic , minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 8 ounces cream cheese , room temperature
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese , shredded
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese , shaved

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet on medium-high heat.
  • Add in the shrimp and cook until pink, 30 seconds on each side.
  • Mix in the garlic, salt, pepper, cream cheese, mayonnaise, mozzarella, and lemon juice and top with shaved parmesan.
  • Baked for 25-30 minutes until browned.
