Scrambled Eggs are a classic breakfast recipe that you can make for yourself, or serve to a crowd. Just like Over-Easy Eggs, or an Omelette, scrambled eggs are a very straightforward dish. This is my go-to method to get the PERFECT scrambled eggs every time you make them. With just 5 ingredients and a few easy steps, you can make sure they turn out airy, fluffy, and perfectly flavorful.

Ingredients
 

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream , (or whole milk)
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Add butter to medium heavy skillet on medium heat until it melts.
  • While butter is melting, whisk together eggs and heavy cream until smooth.
  • Add to the pan, let sit for 30 seconds.
  • Start stirring every 20 seconds gently with a silicone spatula in an s shape, for about 2-3 minutes total.
  • When eggs are just set, not runny or browned, turn off the heat.
  • Stir one final time then season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
