There’s nothing like biting into a big, juicy tomato straight from the garden, and I often find myself with so many that I need new ways to use them! If you’re in the same situation, I’ve pulled together a list of more than 10 of my favorite ways to cook with fresh tomatoes, from these classic Fried Green Tomatoes, to a brunch favorite Tomato Goat Cheese Galette. These recipes are perfect for the summertime, and a great way to use up fresh veggies this season! Whether you’re looking for a summer salad for lunch, or something a little more impressive to serve for dinner, I’ve got you covered.
