From salads, to soups, to anything else that would easily fall over the edge of a flat-rimmed plate, bowls provide the perfect portion sizing you’ll ever need for healthy lunches! Plus, meal prep bowls are made so much easier by making a big batch, portioning it out, and then throwing them into the freezer for the perfect lunch-time meal on another day.
