Traditionally a large roast, like a Baked Ham or Roast Leg of Lamb recipe, is the centerpiece of the Easter Dinner. An array of dishes made with spring veggies along with hearty potatoes are served along with the roast.
Easter is usually celebrated with a large feast, similar to Thanksgiving or Christmas, but instead of a roast turkey, it’s traditional to serve pork, beef, or lamb recipes.
An easy, flavorful Roast Leg of Lamb is perfect for Easter Dinner this year. Tender bone in whole Leg of Lamb roast with fresh rosemary and garlic cloves.
Ultimate Beef Brisket with Caramelized Onions is a perfect main course for weeknight dinner or for a holiday party, with leftovers perfect for sandwiches!
Brown Sugar Peach Baked Ham (w/ Bourbon option) is the perfect sweet, tender ham recipe with peach preserves, orange juice, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger.
Funeral Potatoes are the best holiday or potluck side dish. Tasty casserole with hash browns, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese and corn flakes topping.

Garlic Butter Roasted Carrots with a touch of canola oil, cracked black pepper and Kosher salt makes the perfect side dish for a weeknight meal or a holiday crowd.
Switch up the cheesy potatoes for a Parmesan Risotto made with fresh spring peas, or indulge in beloved family dishes for the holidays like Baked Mac and Cheese. Don’t forget the basket of Dinner Rolls!
Blueberry Cream Cheese French Toast Bake without any overnight chilling is the perfect cross between a french toast bake and blueberry cream cheese danish.
No holiday meal is complete without Deviled Eggs as an appetizer! In addition to classic appetizers, dishes like lemony Avgolemono Soup and fresh Watermelon Feta Salad are full of spring flavor to start your holiday meal.
Greek Chicken and Rice Soup (Avgolemono) is a traditional recipe with shredded chicken, long-grain rice, and an egg and lemon sauce made into an easy meal.
These Individual Carrot Souffles are sturdier than most souffles but are creamy and soft. Slightly sweetened they make a delicious side dish to anything from BBQ dishes to Crusted Pork Loins.
Cobb Salad is the perfect refreshing lunch with crunchy lettuce, creamy avocados, and it has plenty of protein with chicken breast, bacon, and boiled eggs.
Tomato Bisque is super silky smooth version of the classic tomato soup we all love with a finishing touch of heavy cream in less than an hour and no babysitting the pot!
